This event is entirely sponsored by local non-profit organizations and local families, so please bring a few dollars to donate if you’d like to continue to support this wonderful community event!

Please be advised the Park Rangers have expressed it is a high tick season, so check your families for ticks after the Easter egg hunt. They have also requested you leave the fake Easter basket grass at home. It only makes a mess of our preserved nature and historic areas.

Sponsored by the Coloma-Lotus Chamber of Commerce, the Gold Trail Grange, and Coloma-Lotus families, with graceful facilitation by the staff of Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park. This event and blog information was organized and contributed by our Easter Coordinator & Volunteer, Jane Phillips Widroe. Thanks Jane, keep up the good work!
