2019 Pumpkins On The Bridge – Photo Gallery

Our little river valley had no power for the last few days – actually 5 days. But that did not stop us from lining up the bridge with our lighted pumpkins once again.

A Huge THANK YOU to all the folks who ventured out on Wednesday, Oct 30th, 2019 in the Coloma Lotus Valley. To our neighbors to the North, South, East & West who also came to town to participate in this year’s Pumpkins on The Bridge, thank you for being a part of it.

The count on Tuesday, October 31st at 9:00 am was a whopping 386 pumpkins.

To the local business that offered up dinner, fun, treats, carving areas and to the group who had a tailgate party that everyone was welcome, THANK YOU!!!.

Thank you to the folks who came out on November 1st to remove all the candles and hardware out of the pumpkins and to those who stayed to load up the trucks and trailers. We had a fantastic showing of folks for clean up.

And an even bigger THANK YOU to Sue & Brian of Garden Valley who took two loads & to Martin H who took a load for his cows all but 5 (painted & bedazzled aka uneatable) pumpkins for their livestock. Did you know that pumpkin is a natural de-wormer? I didn’t but now I do. Thank you Greg J for taking all the candle wax for a recycle project. This year we had very little waste.

It was a wonderful turn out with so many positive vibes everywhere you went. This is why we love living in such a beautiful small-town community.

Thank you to everyone who shared their photos. And thank you to the cleanup crew who braved the chilly morning of November 1st to get our bridge back to its normal look. Enjoy.
