Sierra Benefit Solutions is an employee benefit consulting firm located in Northern California. We manage group accounts nationally and are licensed in various states. We attribute our success to our strong service philosophy, offering group medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long-term disability, and voluntary plans. We also work with individuals on medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, Medicare, travel and pet insurance policies. This includes coverage options for individuals/legal residents in California through the exchange called Covered California.
