In 2014, Christmas in Coloma was merged with the Historic Holiday Houses event. Enjoy the magic of the holidays combined with the rich history of the Park for this great Seasonal tradition. Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park and the Gold Discovery Park Association have teamed up to revive this classic event and get us in the holiday mood!
The highlight of the weekend is a tour of Coloma’s historic houses all dressed up for Christmas, guided by Park docents. You and your family can also enjoy favorite holiday activities including wreath making, cookie decorating, wagon rides, music, bonfire, snow pile (weather permitting) and of course, Santa!
