Visit Gold Hill Winery & Brewery this Friday for live music at their “Fireplace Friday” event, then head over to the Sierra Nevada House for live music on both Friday and Saturday night. Featuring great local musicians and wonderful wintery ambiance.

2nd Annual Coloma-Lotus Christmas Tree Lighting
Join us for the 2nd Annual Coloma-Lotus Christmas Tree Lighting, brought to you by the Coloma-Lotus Chamber of Commerce. It will take place near the Hwy. 49 Bridge and EarthTrek campground. You can park at the River Park Village near Gringo’s or Sierra Rizing Bakery. It will take place on Friday December 5th from 6:00-7:30, with the tree lighting happening at approximately 6:15. Sierra Rizing Bakery will provide hot drinks and sweet treats, and there will be a bonfire and Christmas carols. Please bring a blanket or chair. Hope to see you there!

The River Store is providing a free whitewater rescue clinic to locals on Sat. July 26th from 12-4:30, with a BBQ/Potluck to follow. Send your junior paddlers or refresh your own skills and then come on down to the River Store for a BBQ. Please bring a dish to share.

Coloma is a great place to hang out for Father’s Day weekend! You can spend the day rafting and wine tasting, and then head on down to the Gold Trail Grange #452, in the heart of Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park, and enjoy a Father’s Day BBQ with friends and neighbors! The Father’s Day BBQ is on Sunday June 15th from 5:30-7:30 at the Gold Trail Grange. Adults cost just $8 and kids are $6.
